A major healthcare group in Abu Dabhi in the United Arab Emirates is hiring a Director of Nursing/Director of Quality Management
The role :
Responsible for day to day management Consultant Physicians Clinic in a Group practice.
Review of Physician and outsource contract utilization with report to CEO monthly.
Report directly to CEO and cover for him while on leave.
Responsible for HMC - new concept healthcare management
Manage the Nursing team in developing policies and procedures to govern all professional clinical practice, and all nurse recruitment for centers.
Business Office, Marketing, Purchasing, Support Services all report directly through their managers.
Managment of health centres.
Review all capital and operational spend
